About us
Rolling Sips is a mobile bartending experience rooted in visual artistry and intimate, omakase-driven cocktail experiences, offering curated service, bartending classes, and bar rentals.
Rolling Sips was born three years ago from a shared love of hospitality, bartending, and unforgettable experiences. Founded and run by husband-and-wife team Azalea and Bryton Barr, Rolling Sips is a mobile bar and bespoke bartending concept built around intention, creativity, and connection.
What started as a passion project has grown into a sought-after experience trusted by hosts and hostesses all over Arizona. From high-energy bachelorette weekends to intimate omakase-style, molecular gastronomy cocktail experiences, we curate every detail to fit your perfect moment.
Our approach goes far beyond pouring drinks. We curate cocktail menus, explore and treat every event as its own story—balancing innovation with approachability and staying true to service and hospitality.
Azalea has built her career across Phoenix’s most beloved high-energy bars and refined fine-dining restaurants. With experience as both a lead bartender and beverage director, she has curated cocktail menus and helped build bar programs from the ground up.
With a background in photography and drawing, creativity has always been central to her work. Rolling Sips became the space where hospitality and design naturally intersect—allowing Azalea to translate her artistic training into immersive, experience-driven concepts.
She leads all visual direction and content creation for the brand, ensuring every detail reflects the same intention and craftsmanship found behind the bar.
Bryton is a bartender at a high-end bar and cigar lounge in Phoenix, with experience spanning everything from beer-focused breweries to exclusive members-only lounges throughout the city. His background brings a deep appreciation for both relaxed, communal spaces and refined hospitality environments.
Before entering the restaurant industry, Bryton spent the majority of his life playing football. After a short stint with the Arizona Cardinals, he chose to make Phoenix home—where he eventually met his better half, Azalea.
The rest, as they say, is history.
