One of our goals as a company is to make everyone feel included, drinkers and non-drinkers alike! We're working hard to take our knowledge of cocktails and figure out how to make our favorites for everyone. A lot of times people will decide to stop drinking and they think that just because they've stopped they can't participate in cocktail culture and what it has to offer, but that's definitely not the case anymore!

Our first featured cocktail is not very popular at all but one of our favorites. At first we though it wasn't going to be doable as a non-alcoholic because of the spirits involved, but we found the perfect substitute for Aperol, which is really what makes this drink. So let's get to it.

This is a tequila based cocktail, and we're still exploring NA tequila options, but we started off with Ritual Zero Proof Tequila. We also used Lyre's Italian Spritz Spirit, which is the perfect replacement for Aperol.

Here's the recipe:

.5 oz of Orgeat (we used Fee Brothers)
.5 oz of lime juice
.75 Lyre's Italian Spritz
1 and 1/2 oz of tequila

Shake and dump into a short glass! We chose to garnish this with a chamoy and Tajin rim and a dried lime wheel. This drink is such a pretty vibrant red color that a bright red rim really tops it off.

Cheers!
